ZAPP’s Image Formatting specifications.
Q: I applied to a show but I do not see my application. Where is it?
A: Some artists have multiple accounts. Be sure that you are logged into the
correct account or use the Forgot Username tool to retrieve your active accounts.
Q: What does my application status mean?

Q: How do I get a refund for something I purchased?
A: Contacting the event administrator is the only way to request a refund for purchases made on
ZAPP. While payments are charged through ZAPP, the funds collected are the property of the
events and only event administrators can authorize a refund.
